Items must be returned (within 30 days) of purchase.

Items must not be altered in any way.

Items must be found to be defective in material or craftsmanship by a shop tech at our facility.

Guarantee is for (repair or replacement only) at the discretion of Macon Gunstocks shop tech.

Natural Cosmetic imperfections such as knots – burls –

Surface checking in figure or cosmetic fill work are not considered defects and are not covered under guarantee.

50% restocking fee on any items returned that are not covered under guarantee policy.

Custom cut orders are non-refundable.

Machine inlet products are not finished products and will require fitting and finish work which often includes additional inletting and shaping.

If customer returns a product for exchange because they purchased the incorrect part additional fees and shipping may apply.

Macon Gunstocks does not reimburse for shipping fees.

Replacement parts do not always have original dimension or style unless specifically stated in add.

It is the responsibility of the installer to insure that gunstocks are structurally sound and safe for operation.

Macon Gunstocks and it’s employees are not liable for damages or injuries resulting from the installer failing to recognize a potentially unsafe problem with material or dimension etc.

Matching sets of buttstock and forend will not always have the same percentage of figure but will be of the same type and general tone of wood.

Macon Gunstocks is not responsible damage or loss of customer’s wood or parts at our facility due to theft fire or weather related damage.
